With export turnover of 1.23 billion US dollars in 2020, livestock is the new export strength of Vietnam while the Covid-19 pandemic caused global trade bottlenecks and disruptions.

Decree 14/2021/ND-CP issued by the Government regulates the sanctioning of administrative violations of livestock, taking effect from April 20 states that cruelly torturing on pets will be fine up to 3 million VND (130 USD).
