Vietnam, China strive to reach Code of Conduct in the Bien Dong Sea

Both nations concurred to maintain peace and stability in the Bien Dong Sea (intenationally called South China Sea) and soon reach a practical and effective Code of Conduct in the South China Sea (COC) in accordance with international law, including the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).
