Vietnam welcomes the signing of the Covid-19 Hate Crimes Act by US President Joe Biden to aim at curbing violence against the Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders, said Le Thi Thu Hang, spokesperson of Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
