Many married couples in China who wish to break up must now go through a month-long "cooling-off" period after a new law passed in recent China's legislature. 

The Republic of Korea (RoK)’s Ministry of Justice said it proclaimed a revision of the Enforcement Regulations of the Immigration Act on Friday (Feb 21) to restrict visa issuance for foreigners wanting to marry Koreans with criminal records related to domestic violence, sex offenses and other violent crimes.
