At the Vietnam - United States Trade Forum 2023 on November 21, many American companies showed their interest in the Vietnamese market, especially in the fields of investment in semiconductors, mineral mining and supply chains.

Representatives of about 200 Vietnamese and US firms attended a Vietnam-US business forum held in Oregon state to discuss potential areas for bilateral cooperation in economic and trade.

As Vietnam is Oregon’s eighth largest export market with a turnover of more than USD 1 billion in 2021, its Governor expressed her desire to increase bilateral trade ties, especially in the semiconductor industry.
