Amid the joyful atmosphere of the first days of the Lunar New Year (the first day of Tet Binh Ngo 2026), in Bac Cam Ranh Ward, Khanh Hoa Province, officers and soldiers of Naval Region 4 organized a wide range of meaningful and practical activities, creating a vibrant spirit of emulation from the very beginning of spring. From the mainland to the remote islands, the New Year was welcomed in a warm and cheerful atmosphere while maintaining a high level of combat readiness. Units strictly upheld duty regulations, including command duty, combat readiness duty, air defense duty, patrols, and guard shifts, ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.
