On December 14, at the Vietnamese Ministry of Health, a handover ceremony of 490,600 doses of DPT-HBV-Hib vaccine (the "5 in 1" vaccine) took place as aid from the Australian Government through the United Nations International Children' ;s Emergency Fund (UNICEF).
