On December 12 in Hanoi, the Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association had a working session with the delegation of the Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council. They agreed to coordinate and organize activities, and cooperate in people-to-people exchanges in the coming time.

Through the introduction of the Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association, Rajesh Kazi Shrestha, honorary consul of Vietnam in Nepal, head of Arksh Group met and worked with a number of Vietnamese enterprises to seek cooperation opportunities.

From May 3 to 9, the delegation of the Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association led by Prof. Tran Anh Tuan, chairman of the Association, and Prof. Bui Thanh Ha, vice chairman, visited Nepal at the invitation of the Nepal Peace and Solidarity Council (NPSC). The trip contributes to enhancing understanding, friendship and cooperation between the two peoples.

"The establishment and operation of the Vietnam-Nepal Friendship Association is a new development step in the friendship, cooperation and people-to-people exchanges between Vietnam and Nepal," said President of the Vietnam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) Nguyen Phuong Nga.

The Advocacy Committee for the establishment of the Vietnam - Nepal Friendship Association was officially launched.
