3.1 trillion VND allocated to develop tertiary education
The Prime Minister has asked the Ministry of Planning and Investment to collaborate with relevant ministries to allocate a 3.1 trillion VND (144.2 million USD) loan from the World Bank to improve facilities and education quality in public universities.

The capital allocation will concentrate on unfinished projects as well as projects fulfilling investment procedures in line with current regulations, the PM said.
The PM also asked the Ministry of Education and Training, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Construction, Vietnam National University-Hanoi and Vietnam National University-HCM City to complete investment procedures for new projects.
Capital spent on construction and equipment must be based on university education demands./.
