Learning environment is one of the most important condition for children to have high level of well being at school and teachers play an important role in the development of learners. Therefore, students can reach high level of involvement and can achieve deep level learning.

As a part of the project “Mitigating Preschool Children’s Barriers to Learning in Disadvantaged and Ethnically Diverse Districts (BaMi)”, this training includes three sessions focusing on three main barriers to learning at preschools. All participants have opportunities to learning deeply how to create gender responsive environments, language rich learning environments and learning through play environments​ to improve wellbeing and involvement of all preschool children to achieve deep level learning.

Implemented from 2017 to 2021, the BaMi programme centres on strengthening the professional development of preschool teachers and preschool leaders in early childhood education (ECE) in three provinces with disadvantaged and ethnically perse districts in Central Vietnam./.
