Ha Nam increases administrative reform to attract investment
Over the past years, the Ha Nam provincial Party Committee has issued perse guidelines on administrative reform, considering it an important step for boosting socio-economic development in the province, especially in attracting investment.

To continue to improve the investment environment, the provincial Party Committee has issued Resolution 08 on increasing administrative reform, focusing on simplifying administrative procedures and increasing the quality of cadres and officials.
Accordingly, the province will continue to effectively carry out administrative procedure reform, build up the administration serving people and enterprises, and increase the quality of cadres and officials.
In the first 9 months of this year, Ha Nam attracted 69 investment projects with a total registered capital of over USD585 million and over VND29.524 trillion, ranking 6th nationwide in terms of attracting foreign direct investment. Some large projects have been registered to work in the supporting industry, using advanced technology.
As of late September, there are 604 valid projects in Ha Nam province, presenting registered capital of USD2.073 billion and over VND77.958 trillion./.
