Newborn citizens in Da Nang to be granted birth certificates and flowers
From September, each newborn citizen in Da Nang will be given a birth certificate, household registration, a health insurance card and a bouquet of flower right at their home.

Chairman of People’s Committee of Da Nang, Huynh Duc Tho has issued a pilot project of granting birth certificates, household registration, health insurance cards to newborn babies at home.
Accordingly, from 1st September to the end of 2017, every newborn citizen when procedures for birth registration in the People’s Committees of communes, wards or district (including the case of foreign elements) will receive papers at home.
“Each newborn baby will be given a birth certificate, household registration, a health insurance card and a bouquet of flowers”, said Huynh Duc Tho. He believes that thing will make babies more responsible for homeland, family and society when they grow up.
In September, Da Nang city People’s Committee will give birth certificates, household registration and health insurance cards for 5 cases of poor families, ethnic minority families… From October, this policy will be implemented across the city./.
