Vietnamese, Chinese firms transfer technology
Vietnamese and Chinese enterprises signed agreements on transferring technology at a workshop held in Ho Chi Minh City on July 30.
The event, organised by the Centre for Science and Technology Application and Services under the Ministry of Science and Technology and the Centre for Guangxi-ASEAN Technology Transfer under the Guangxi city Department of Science and Technology, aims to help companies in new energy, renewable energy and hi-tech farming gain access to the world’s and region’s newest technologies.

Pham Ngoc Minh, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Science and Technology’s south office, introduced some successful projects as well as Vietnam’s incentive policies.
At the workshop, enterprises, institutes and universities presented technology development trends, shared experiences and introduced typical products such as the independent solar photo-electric system, a cooker using clean energy and the smart rice field-controlling system./.
