Additional hotline of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment
(VNF) - On April 25th, Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Tran Hong Ha signed Decision 931/QD-BTNMT to set up the hotline at 04.37741918, for receiving information reflecting negative matters in the sector.
The Ministry welcomes calls from both organizations and inpiduals for the operation in the areas of land, water resources, mineral resources, environment, hydro-meteorological, climate changes, geodesy and cartography, sea and islands, and remote sensing.
Apart from calling to this hotline during office hours, organizations and inpiduals are also able to connect via an alternative email at [email protected].
The Minister also directed the continued operation of the current hotline at 04.37957889 for information about violations in land, red-tape and negative matters regarding issuing certificates of land use rights and ownership of house and other properties associated with land.
These issues can also be sent by email to [email protected] for further progress.
The General Department of Land Management and Inspection Department are responsible for the operation of this hotline, and co-ordinate with relevant units to check, process and reply all matters as regulated (weekly, every six months, yearly) and collects/reports to upper levels for further progress./.
