Exploring ASEAN culture is an annual activity of the ASEAN Women Community in Hanoi (AWCH). Recently, AWCH members had the chance to immerse in Vietnamese culture in a cooking session.

Under the guidance of cuisine artisan Anh Tuyet, AWCH members had a memorable time trying to make Vietnamese authentic cusines including banana flowers salad, seafood fried springroll and chicken noodles.

Cooking Vietnamese dishes is the first of a series of ASEAN's culinary art exploration, which aims to bring to AWCH a new perspective of one another's countries in an authentic way.

Under the guidance of cuisines artisan Anh Tuyet, the AWCH members learn to make Vietnamese banana flowers salad. It is considered a simple dish, which the participants can try to make at home after the session.
