In the framework of his official visit to Vietnam, French Senate President Gérard Larcher and Vietnamese National Assembly Chairman Vuong Dinh Hue attended the kick-off ceremony of events commemorating the 50th anniversary of Vietnam - French diplomatic relations on Dec. 8 in Hanoi.
