BIDV, VNPT deals to expand comprehensive cooperation
A deal signing for comprehensive cooperation for the 2016-2020 period was conducted between the Joint stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) and Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) on March 30th in Hanoi.
Accordingly, the two sides pledged to closely cooperate in all fields to mutually promote strengths and advantages to create new products, bringing more convenience for customers.

Under the deal, BIDV vowed to fund VND25 trillion to projects of VNPT and its subsidiaries. In addition, BIDV promised to supply modern financial and banking service products with competitive costs, offering opportunities for VNPT to take full economic advantages from production and business activities.
The bank pledged to prioritize the services, technology and telecommunications provided by VNPT to serve BIDV’s regular demand, banking administration and sustainable development. The two sides oriented to using the strengths on network and trademark of each side to develop new products and improve the efficiency of businesses.
With pledges and strategic orientations, VNPT and its subsidiaries will enhance the use of credit and non-credit products and other products of BIDV such as insurance, financial restructure and advisory for bond development in order to speed up the traditional and strategic trading partner relation between BIDV and VNPT./.
