Children’s fund aims to collect VND70 billion for 52,000 disadvantaged children
In a recent meeting to work out the plan for 2016, the National Fund for Vietnamese Children (NFVC) set a target to mobilise VND70 billion in 2016 to give support to 52,000 disadvantaged children across the country.

According to the NFVC, in 2015, although agencies and enterprises met difficulties due to a slowdown in the markets, they have still donated nearly VND30 billion since the beginning of this year, including over VND24 billion of which having been in cash and over VND5 billion in capital assets and other practical items.
Over the past 10 months, the NFVC has carried out a perse range of programs and projects across 63 provinces and cities, giving support to 83,951 children with a capital of nearly VND43 billion./.
