In more details, Party General Secretary and President Nguyen Phu Trong on October 30 cabled a message of congratulations to President of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, Abdelaziz Bouteflika, on the country’s 64th National Day.
On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Pham Binh Minh extended his congratulations to Algeria’s Foreign Minister Abdelkader Messahel.
Algeria's National Day (November 1) marks the birth of the 'National Liberation Front' in 1954 and the start of the Algerian War to gain back the country's independence from the French colonists./.
