Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh visits the Vatican
Deputy Prime Minister Truong Hoa Binh left Hanoi on the afternoon of October 17 for a three-day visit to the Vatican between October 18 and 20 aiming to strengthen ties between Vietnam and the Vatican, the Catholic micro nation located in Rome.

Accompanying the deputy PM on the three-day visit was Minister of Home Affairs Le Vinh Tan, Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court Le Hong Quang, Deputy Minister of Public Security Nguyen Van Son, the Vietnamese Ambassador to Italy Cao Chinh Thien and Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Nguyen Phuong Nga amongst others
During the visit, Deputy PM Binh will meet Pope Francis and the Prime Minister of Vatican, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, as well as a host of other Italian leaders./.
