Minister-Chairman of the Government Office Mai Tien Dung said the firm must ensure operation conditions as required by Vietnamese relevant authorities. In case similar incident occurs, the firm will have to shut down.
Vietnam has strived to create a favorable and transparent investment environment and businesses' responsibility is to comply with requirements of environmental protection, he added.
