Four pictures by Vietnamese photographers make it to top 50 of AGORA Awards
Four pictures by Vietnamese photographers have made it to the top 50 finalists of the 2019 AGORA Awards, one of the biggest photography contests in the world.

The four photos include ‘Lam Huong’ (Making Incense) by Khanh Phan, ‘Trai Tim Bien Ca’ (Hearts on the Sea) by Nguyen Phan Xuan, ‘Khi Dan Trau Tro Ve’ (When the Buffalo Comes Back) by Hoang Quoc Vinh, and ‘Lam Ruong’ (Farming) by Ngo Van Diep.
The pictures vividly capture the daily life and natural landscapes of Vietnam.
The 50 finalist photos, taken by contestants from 21 countries worldwide, stood out from more than 130,000 entries sent to the contest, which was launched in January this year.
The awards ceremony is scheduled to take place in Barcelona, Spain, on November 6. The winner of the competition will walk away with a cash prize of US$25,000.
