Hanoi officially sells bus ticket stamps online
The Hanoi Transport Corporation (Transerco) has recently launched an online bus ticket service on the Timbus app and timbus.vn, as well as a new door-to-door service.

Timbus is a smartphone app that allows users to find buses in Hanoi and identifies the most convenient route from their location to their chosen destination and estimates the arrival time.
It is available on Android and iOS with two language options, Vietnamese and English. It can be downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple Store.
Transerco is currently implementing a project to improve the quality of its services and develop Hanoi’s public bus transport during the 2016-2020 period, with an orientation to 2025.
So far, Transerco has completed its goal of covering the subsidised bus network for all districts and towns of the city./.
