The meeting was attended by members of the National Assembly from the province: Ngo Nam Cuong - Major General, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4; Nguyen Sy Hoi - Major General, Vice President of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and Chairman of the provincial Veterans’ Association; Phan Anh Son - President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations; along with representatives of provincial departments and agencies.

At the meeting, on behalf of the provincial National Assembly delegation, Phan Anh Son briefed voters on the outcomes of the first session of the 16th National Assembly; disseminated information on laws, resolutions, and key issues adopted by the National Assembly; and reported on the settlement of voters’ opinions and recommendations raised at the session.

Voters in Tan Ky commune expressed their satisfaction and enthusiasm over the success of the session, highly appreciating the sense of responsibility and the renewed activities of the National Assembly and elected representatives. They also presented 15 opinions and recommendations, focusing on several key areas:
Land, natural resources, and environment: Proposals to resolve difficulties in issuing land use right certificates; settle disputes over forest land; strengthen the management of natural resources and minerals; and ensure environmental sanitation.
Regimes and policies: Calls for greater attention to housing support for people with meritorious service; policies for long-retired officials and part-time officials; proposals to provide health insurance cards for veterans; and to increase allowances and improve policies for officials at hamlet and residential cluster levels as well as mass organizations.
Infrastructure and public investment: Issues related to accelerating the progress of the Rao - Khe Tray bridge route; upgrading transport infrastructure; allocating investment capital in a focused and prioritized manner; and considering the relocation of power lines out of residential gardens.
Economy and livelihoods: Voters expressed the desire to stabilize market prices and enhance support for the development of production, animal husbandry, and forestry to help raise incomes.
Culture and society: Calls to preserve and restore historical relics and invest in cultural house facilities at residential clusters and hamlets.

At the meeting, representatives of Tan Ky commune’s leadership and provincial departments and agencies received, explained, and clarified many issues within their authority.
Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Sy Hoi acknowledged and responded to several voter recommendations, emphasizing that for issues beyond their authority, the provincial National Assembly delegation would fully compile and report them to the National Assembly Standing Committee and relevant agencies for timely consideration and resolution, in order to meet the legitimate aspirations of voters and the public.

On this occasion, the provincial National Assembly deputies also presented 10 gift packages to poor households and those in difficult circumstances in the commune, each including VND 1 million in cash along with in-kind gifts.
