Rising southwestern region
This year, the 31st Mekong River Delta Region Art Photo Festival has been held by the Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists in collaboration with the Kien Giang provincial Association of Literature and Arts, illustrating the land and people in the Mekong River Delta.
The festival attracted over 2,800 works from 396 photographers, vividly reflecting the cultural life, production, scientific and technological development, social welfare, daily life and socio-economic development of the region.

Work illustrating an elder’s happiness with his grandchild got the bronze prize.
