Vietnamese couples encouraged to put off wedding over COVID-19 concerns
Vietnam Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism sent a document proposing its municipal and provincal departments to convince families and couples to wreck marriage plans, in a bid to flatten the curve of new COVID-19 cases.
