The People's Committee of Ca Mau province has issued a Plan to disseminate and popularize civil and political rights in the province in 2025. This is a move to continue to widely disseminate the content of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) and that of the Vietnamese legal system. It affirms the locality's strong commitment to ensuring human rights, while contributing to raising awareness of the rule of law in the community.

Within the framework of the Vietnam-France cooperation agreement on civil service and administrative modernisation for the period 2022-2025, from September 23 to 27, the Minister of Home Affairs led a delegation visited and worked in France.
