On August 28, a delegation from the Consulate General of Vietnam in Fukuoka, Japan, led by Consul General Trinh Mai Phuong, in coordination with the Vietnamese Association in Kumamoto, presented JPY 500,000 to representatives of the Kumamoto prefectural government.
