At the 12th National Congress of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), delegates representing thousands of young Vietnamese studying and living abroad expressed their aspirations. They want to encourage other overseas Vietnamese youth to build community; promote and introduce the image of Vietnam to international friends.
