Vietnam-EU relations unceasingly flourishing over three decades
The cooperation between Vietnam and the EU has developed fruitfully in various fields over three decades, Josep Borrell, High Representative of the EU for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, said in a message on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between the two sides.
