Udon Thani Rajabhat University has officially launched the Center for Vietnamese Studies - a facility coordinating in-depth training on Vietnam, providing data and multi-dimensional knowledge about Vietnam, and contributing to promoting understanding and good cooperative relations between Thailand and Vietnam.
