The new circular is designated to replace Circular 05/2014/TT-NHNN to implement solutions to upgrade the Vietnamese stock market according to the Government's direction and to meet the requirements of foreign exchange management for foreign indirect investment activities.

Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh has signed Circular 11/2020/TT-BCT stipulating the Certificate of Origin (C/O) in the European Union – Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA).
