Hanoi authorities are calling on city dwellers not to go out unnecessarily in a bid to curb the spread of the deadly coronavirus.

Experts have warned that defenseless people including refugees and citizens in countries dealing with humanitarian may struggle to find resources to fight against Covid-19 pandemic by the time they are attacked, specialists said in a webinar hosted by the New Humanitarian news agency on Thursday.
