The “For Peace and Friendship among Nations” isignia was awarded to Head of Office for UN Women Vietnam Elisa Fernandez by Ambassador Nguyen Phuong Nga, President of the Viet Nam Union of Friendship Organizations (VUFO) to honor Elisa's contribution to promote gender equality over the past 5 years.
