Lao Embassy in Vietnam: “Turning” ” congratulatory flowers into presents for disaster-hit victims in Central Vietnam
On the occasion of the 45th anniversary of the National Day of the Lao People's Democratic Republic (December 2, 1975 - December 2, 2020)), the Embassy of Laos in Vietnam has launched an initiative to "turn" congratulatory flowers into presents for people in Central Vietnam who have been recently affected by storms and floods.
