Receiving the news that the Former General Secretary of Vietnam Communist Party Le Kha Phieu passed away at the age of 89 on August 7, 2020, Cambodia - Vietnam Friendship Association, Chinese People's Association for Friendship and China -Vietnam Friendship Association sent letters of condolences to Vietnamese people and the family of the former Party’s chief.
