Vietnamese Embassy presents face masks to hard-hit US Maryland state

Representatives of Vietnamese Embassy in the United Stat recently handed over 10,000 face masks to Maryland state to help the local government deal with the COVID-19 pandemic as the total case numbers in the state surpass 94,000.
