On February 23, the Executive Committee of the Vietnamese Student Union in the Russian Federation held a ceremony to celebrate the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day. It introduced the project establishing the "Young Vietnamese Doctors in Russia" Club in Moscow.
