On December 11 in Quang Ninh, the Ministry of Public Security, in coordination with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam, organized a workshop titled “Introduction to the Méndez Principles - Principles for Effective Interviewing in Investigations and Information Gathering.” The event aimed to continue implementing the Party and State’s guidelines on ensuring human rights and enforcing the United Nations Convention against Torture (CAT).
