Le Hoai Trung, Politburo member and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, held talks with Louise Mushikiwabo, Secretary-General of the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), during her working visit to Vietnam on the afternoon of March 6 in Hanoi.
