Famous for over 40 poems carved on the cliffs, Non Nuoc Mountain, which is located in Ninh Binh, is known as the poetry museum "engraving the most ancient poems in Vietnam".

Recently, Cheryl Sekkappan wrote on the Time Out website about lesser-known gems in Southeast Asia that have as much to offer to travelers. Ninh Binh of Vietnam also sits on the list, together with Lombok (Indonesia), Luang Prabang (Laos), Rayong (Thailand), and Seberang Perai (Malaysia).

Located at the foot of Ngoa Long Mountain, the lotus pond at Mua Cave is one of the most beautiful and famous attraction to the tourists visiting Ninh Binh in the summer holidays.
