The Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City (Youth Union) hosted a program titled "United Aspirations for Peace" on Nov. 15. The event brought together peace advocates who raised the flag of the ational Liberation Front of South Vietnam atop Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris in 1969 and the city's youth on the evening of November 15.
