From October 14 to 16, Samaritan’s Purse, in collaboration with the Department of Dyke Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control under the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, carried out emergency relief operations for people affected by Storm No. 10 in Ha Tinh and Tuyen Quang provinces.

On October 8, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued Decisions No. 4156/QĐ-BNNMT and No. 4157/QĐ-BNNMT regarding the receipt of emergency international aid from Samaritan’s Purse (United States) to support residents of Lang Son, Ha Tinh, and Tuyen Quang provinces in overcoming the aftermath of Storm No. 10 and subsequent flooding.
