Appreciating Standard Chartered's collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to develop the Report "Vietnam: Preparing for the Leap Forward", Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh wished Standard Chartered would continue its economic policy dialogue and advisory activities with Vietnamese Government agencies.
