Vietnam Participates in ASEAN Chiefs of Defense Forces Meeting
A delegation of the Vietnam People's Army, led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army and Deputy Minister of Defense, is attending the 21st ASEAN Chiefs of Defense Forces Meeting (ACDFM-21), which opened on September 5, in Vientiane, Laos.
