Deputy chief inspector of Hanoi's Department of Transport Le Xuan Tien shared his opinion regarding the usefulness and efficiency of information technology in dealing with traffic violations.    

The repressive actions will be taken in a move to tighten control over traffic violation, including unvigilant car and motorbike riders who drive under the influence of alcohol.
