The Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA) continues to empower Agent Orange victims through meaningful initiatives, including housing repairs, scholarships, and emergency aid.

“I love Vietnam very much and will continue to devote my energy to helping the victims of Agent Orange/dioxin. I have a strong desire to live up to the message my mother sent me when I returned from the war, that is Love, Peace and Happiness,” said Matthew Keenan, an American veteran who fought in Vietnam in the 1970s.

The Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange (AO)/dioxin (VAVA) and the Japan Council against Atomic and Hydrogen Bombs (Japan Gensuikyo) will support each other in activities to raise people's awareness of the losses and consequences of atomic bombs and AO/dioxin.
