Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh expressed his believes that the visit to Vietnam by Lao Deputy PM and Minister of Foreign Affairs Saleumxay Kommasith will substantially contribute to the unceasing reinforcement of the great friendship, special solidarity, and comprehensive cooperation between the two countries.

Nearly 100 young border guards of Vietnam and Laos are gathering at an exchange programme, which is taking place in Vietnam’s central provinces of Ha Tinh and Nghe An from June 26-30.

The seminar and exchange programme was meant to share experience to realise contents in the cooperation agreement between the Secretariat of the Lao NA and the Office of the Vietnamese NA signed in May 2022.
