The Vietnamese expatriate community studying and living in Melbourne, Australia, has mobilized resources to build the Huoi Mau school in Chieng Sinh commune, Dien Bien province, with a total cost of approximately VND 1 billion. This project contributes to improving learning conditions for children in disadvantaged areas and promotes people-to-people diplomacy between Vietnam and Australia.
