A delegation of the Vietnam People’s Navy together with officers and sailors of Frigate 016 - Quang Trung took part in a street parade as part of the 3rd ASEAN Multilateral Naval Exercise (AMNEX-3), hosted by the Royal Malaysian Navy on August 17, in George Town (Penang, Malaysia).
